But what will happen when it is no longer mandatory? will become an option for the employer, and a very necessary option to retain talent, the survey of the state of remote work reveals that 77% of respondents say that being able to work from home after Covid, would make them happier, and even 50% of employees will not return to jobs that do not offer the benefit of remote work.

2. Remote work will drive work for results

Companies that were forced to work remotely in 2020 learned that monitoring their employees’ every step is not the best path.
